      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research and analysis to support economic development initiatives
      - Collaborate with community stakeholders to implement programs and strategies
      - Assist in the development of reports and presentations to communicate findings

      - Support fundraising efforts and grant applications to secure funding for initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, public policy, or social sciences
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in economic development or a related area
      - Strong analytical and research skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with under-resourced communities or nonprofit organizations
      - Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising strategies
      - Knowledge of economic development policies and practices
      - Strong networking and relationship-building skills
