What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct secondary research with minimal oversight on key topics in Higher Education
- Analyze and synthesize complex research requests, providing actionable recommendations
- Write client-ready reports and create presentations to communicate findings effectively
- Manage different phases of the project lifecycle, from research to polished deliverables
- Support junior researchers by providing guidance on project scope and report content

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of full-time work experience conducting market research or social science research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to self-edit and proofread work closely
- High comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with higher education and higher education databases (e.g., IPEDS)
- Experience writing for business/non-academic audiences
- Familiarity with survey, qualitative, and/or quantitative research methodologies
- A master’s or doctorate degree in a relevant discipline
