      Position Summary

      We are looking for a Research Analyst II with an interest in conducting research on health education, and a passion for improving healthcare through technology.

      As an integral member of the Digital Compassion Lab, your core responsibilities are: providing research support across numerous, ongoing studies; coordinating qualitative studies, including measuring and communicating study status and risks throughout the research lifecycle; conducting literature reviews and needs assessments; recruiting and consenting study participants to join research projects and supporting them through the process; supporting data collection activities, including interviewing and facilitating focus groups; conducting qualitative analyses; assisting in writing grant proposals and preparing research ethics board applications; building and fostering relationships with internal and external research stakeholders to set goals, communicate expectations, and identify new opportunities; performing cross-functional duties as assigned or requested, and performing other duties consistent with the job classification as required.
