  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide data analysis and research support to leadership in market, strategic, provider, and service line data
  - Collect, analyze, and summarize market and financial data to assist in decision-making
  - Develop and communicate assessments of healthcare business trends for new development opportunities
  - Collaborate with colleagues to create audience-appropriate deliverables and presentations
  - Monitor and communicate strategic growth opportunities and threats to leadership
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Health Administration, Data Science, or a related field
  - 1-3 years of analytical or statistical experience in the healthcare industry
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with data visualization tools
  - Ability to prioritize assignments and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with advanced statistical tools (such as SAS, SPSS, Minitab) and relational database tools (such as SQL)
  - Familiarity with data science tools (such as Python, R)
  - Strong project management, analytical, and quantitative skills
