What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data analysis, research, and actionable insights to assist in strategy development and business plans
- Collect, analyze, and summarize market, financial, clinical, and claims data to support leadership decision-making
- Develop and communicate assessments of healthcare business and environmental trends
- Create presentations and deliverables tailored to various audiences to effectively communicate findings
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to address market opportunities and strategic initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Data Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of analytical or statistical experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data visualization tools, and statistical software
- Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau
- Familiarity with advanced statistical tools such as SAS, SPSS, or Minitab
- Understanding of financial statements and project management principles
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
