      We are hiring a Research Assistant to support research on reproductive health, maternal and infant outcomes, and health policy. This position is ideal for candidates with strong quantitative skills who are interested in applying data science to pressing public health issues. The role will involve managing and cleaning large administrative and survey datasets, conducting statistical analyses, drafting manuscripts for publication, and providing broader research support as needed.


      Specific Duties & Responsibilities

      • Clean, manage, and analyze large, complex datasets using statistical software (e.g., Stata or R).
      • Contribute to study design, data interpretation, and statistical modeling.
      • Draft and edit manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed journals.
      • Collaborate with research teams across institutions and disciplines.
      • Provide mentorship to graduate students and research assistants as needed.


      Minimum Qualifications
      • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
