      This position is an hourly part-time appointment, to research study under the direction of Dr. Alan Davis, faculty in the College of Social Work at The Ohio State University. The research assistant duties may include conducting literature reviews; recruiting research subjects; assist with data collection, storage, and analysis; writing of research reports; presenting research findings at academic meetings; attend regularly scheduled meetings with staff; other duties as assigned. This position is an hourly part-time (up to 20 hours per week) position.

      Required Qualifications

      High School graduate or Associate Degree required. 0-1 years of relevant experience required.

      Desired Qualifications

      0-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

      The target hiring range is $14.57-$19.43 hourly. The actual salary will fall within this range based on the candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, and the unit’s available budget. Please note this is a temporary, part-time 12 week position. Start date 5/15/2024 thru 8/7/2024.

      • Data collection/data management/data analysis
      • Attend meetings and present project updates
      • Other office assistant duties, as assigned
