What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the collection, analysis, and review of quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation data
- Conduct literature reviews to support projects and proposals
- Manage project activities, including scheduling video conference calls and coordinating timelines and budgets
- Assist in client relationship management by communicating with clients and preparing meeting summaries
- Collaborate with team members and support business development activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in health policy, public health, public policy, or a related field
- Experience or willingness to learn qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience or willingness to learn statistical software programs such as R, SAS, or Stata
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in writing
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
- Experience in coordinating activities for proposals and grants
