What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with study coordination activities, including scheduling and data management
- Develop online support tools and maintain databases for research projects
- Prepare scholarly outputs, including data cleaning and statistical analysis
- Support regulatory documentation and compliance for research studies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and teams serving youth populations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge equivalent to a four-year college degree in psychology, biology, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in behavioral/social science lab procedures and research techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and research project management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SPSS and RedCap; familiarity with R is desirable
- Previous work with pediatric populations and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
