      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the recruitment of participants for clinical trials, including placing advertisements and conducting outreach
      - Perform informed consent procedures and screenings to assess participant eligibility
      - Maintain updated screening logs and track participant engagement throughout the study
      - Collaborate with study physicians to monitor participant conditions and ensure compliance with study protocols
      - Conduct data entry and management activities related to research assessments and participant information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences (psychology, sociology, health sciences, or related field) or medical sciences
      - Minimum of three (3) years of research-related experience
      - Certified Research Specialist (CRS) or equivalent to be completed within two years of hire date
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook
      - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
      - Commitment to clinical research, particularly with high-risk populations
      - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice Guidelines, HIPAA, and Protection of Human Research Subjects
