Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Research Assistant to support the dissemination and implementation of the Automated IPV Risk Support (AIRS) tool in healthcare settings. This role involves assisting with research activities, stakeholder engagement, and the development of patient-facing and provider materials to facilitate AIRS adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare-based violence intervention, program implementation, and qualitative research.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the dissemination and implementation of the AIRS tool in hospital and community settings.
Support research activities, including data collection, analysis, and literature reviews.
Develop and refine patient-facing and provider education materials.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AIRS into clinical workflows.
Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, policymakers, and community organizations.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and publications related to AIRS dissemination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare-based violence intervention, research, or program implementation.
Strong skills in data management, qualitative research, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to develop educational materials for diverse audiences.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
This role provides an opportunity to contribute to an innovative initiative addressing intimate partner violence (IPV) through evidence-based risk assessment and intervention.
