What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct patient recruitment and administer questionnaires for research studies
- Schedule appointments for study participants and manage communication needs
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Institutional Review Board (IRB) approvals
- Perform administrative duties related to data monitoring and safety reporting
- Provide feedback on study progress and assist the research team in data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in clinical research, public health, or working with children and families
- Previous experience with recruiting subjects and understanding research ethics
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to maintain confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole
- Experience with statistical software
- Cultural sensitivity and comfort working with diverse populations
