What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in a social science discipline, computer science, or statistics
- Interest in empirical research in the field of criminal justice
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Focus on accuracy in data handling
- General knowledge of descriptive statistics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SWIFT (Sentencing Worksheets and Interactive File Transfer) system
- Familiarity with at least one statistical software package (SPSS, Stata, or SAS)
- Prior experience working with large databases and drawing data from multiple sources
