      OMNI Institute is a 501c3 nonprofit consultancy that supports nonprofit organizations, philanthropies, government agencies, and social ventures to accelerate positive social change toward a more equitable society. We provide research, evaluation, and capacity building services through a 100% fee-for-service project-based consulting model. With headquarters in Denver, Colorado, we have 50+ staff across 17 US states. Our primary areas of focus include Community Health, Behavioral Health, Adult & Juvenile Justice, Economic Security, and Children & Families.


      The Opportunity

      OMNI Institute seeks candidates for a Research Associate position and we strongly encourage applicants who identify as people of color, LGBTQ+, first generation American, those who were first in their families to attend college, and people who are from low-income backgrounds to apply for this position. Our Research Associates play critical support roles across projects, including, supporting project managers with management and administration of projects; bringing basic knowledge of research and evaluation methods that allow them to support development of protocols and instruments/tools; carrying out defined tasks that contribute substantively to the production of deliverables; and, communicating independently with internal and external project partners.
