      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct literature reviews to support projects and proposals
      - Assist in the identification, review, and development of scholarly information for project findings
      - Conduct data collection through interviews, focus groups, and surveys
      - Analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data
      - Summarize findings for project reports and provide managerial support on projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience OR Master’s Degree in addiction policy, medical sociology, or related field
      - Strong knowledge of socioecological frameworks
      - Experience related to addiction policy through internships, volunteering, or work
      - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse individuals
      - Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
