What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct background research on key ethics-related issues to support policy development and reports
- Summarize relevant ethics literature to support policy development
- Write executive summaries of policy reports
- Attend meetings and provide support to members
- Prepare memos and compile information for meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in ethics-relevant fields, Master’s preferred
- Experience conducting literature reviews and summarizing evidence
- Ability to deliver work product by deadlines
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Exceptional analytical approach to outcomes identification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Previous experience in academic, government, corporate, or non-profit settings
- Exceptional critical thinking and writing skills
