What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of evaluation and research projects
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and other data collection activities for evaluation participants
- Collect and manage project data as required by funding agencies
- Support the evaluation team in data reporting and dissemination efforts
- Participate in departmental initiatives and meetings to further organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in social sciences or mental health accepted
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in program evaluation or research
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance; willing/able to travel locally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Atlas ti)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in behavioral sciences or mental health fields
- Superior performance on previous evaluation or research projects
- Familiarity with social science research methods
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
