      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct molecular biology, virology, and cell biology experiments, including DNA/RNA isolation and PCR
      - Perform animal experiments, including handling, injections, and tissue analysis
      - Analyze and interpret experimental data to contribute to research findings
      - Prepare and present research results to the Principal Investigator (PI) and lab team
      - Assist with laboratory management, including inventory maintenance and staff training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of research experience
      - Previous experience in experimental systems related to mutagenesis and recombination
      - Ability to be active and on feet approximately 80% of the day
      - Basic proficiency in molecular biology techniques and aseptic tissue culture
      - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in molecular biology or a related field plus three (3) years of research lab experience, or Ph.D. in biology with one (1) year of relevant experience
      - Familiarity with flow cytometry and immunofluorescence staining
      - Experience with protocol development and submission processes
