What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead small scale projects independently
- Create project organizational tools, develop project plans and timelines, outline processes
- Monitor and report on project progress and support project directors
- Lead data collection instrument development and/or selection
- Analyze and visualize study data to show implementation and impact of educational interventions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD degree in education, psychology, learning technology, or related field
- Experience performing independent research on STEM educational programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
- Programming expertise in at least one major statistical package
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with developing or evaluating educational technology products
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and its application in education
