Job Description

- Support onboarding of all service VIP clients by joining account kickoff meetings, helping prepare GKO deck, attending calls, taking notes, and adding initiatives/outcomes/recommended actions to the Salesforce record.
- Serve as an ‘extension’ of the Executive Partners for three to five “best-in-class” number of clients with intensive research-based needs and/or innovative, leading-edge initiatives that could spark or contribute to research projects/deliverables.
- Work with Executive Partners to ensure their clients gets value from the entire spectrum of entitlements (i.e., reoccurring EP guidance sessions, reports/tools/templates, analyst guidance sessions, data/benchmarks strategy sessions) and make progress toward identified outcomes of their key initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of VIP clients’ biannual strategy sessions by coordinating internal experts and managing logistics
- Assist Executive Partners with designing and implementing client reengagement strategies.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with the internal Forrester ecosystem to support clients’ outcomes.
- Partner with FD B2C marketing executive VIP program leader and team operations manager to establish standards of practice that streamline critical operational and engagement processes. Support leaders in tracking service-specific VIP program business goals and objectives.
- Liaise with the research team to write and circulate a monthly email to Executive Partners, which details upcoming research, webinars, recently published reports, and ongoing research initiatives.
- Maintain a closed-loop feedback process with the research team. Share client feedback on research (e.g., potential gaps, inconsistency) and facilitate interview/contribution.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable assets for onboarding, EP guidance sessions, and strategy sessions.
- BA/BS degree with a strong academic record.
- The ability and willingness to actively engage with senior colleagues, such as Executive Partners and C-level clients.
- Interest in client or account management.
- Highly collaborative and eager to build strong partnerships across functional teams.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Creative problem-solving and intellectual curiosity.
- Proactive and self-directive.

About This Role:
The Research Associate (RA) dedicated to supporting the B2C Marketing Executives VIP service tier plays a critical role in delivering a personalized experience to our most senior clients. The service connects C-level clients with former practitioners (Executive Partners) to deliver the power of Forrester’s research combined with practical expertise to accelerate time to impact. The RA works directly with Executive Partners to ensure that their clients are receiving value and achieving their outcomes by leveraging the full breadth and depth of their Forrester relationship.

Please note that the base salary range listed here applies to all applicable US geographies listed in this requisition, with the exception of New York City; base salary will be dependent on an employee’s primary working location and the employee's skills compared to the requirements of the role. At Forrester, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
Base salary range: $51,327 - $83,743
