      Job Responsibilities:

      - Assist project directors by providing budget and technical support.
      - Monitor the work of vendors and subcontractors and ensure project milestones are met.
      - Prepare proposal budgets and draft technical sections of proposals.
      - Track the status of awards under the FDA Blanket Purchase Agreements.
      - Maintain proposal and contract cost history for tasks under the BPA.

      Basic Qualifications:

      - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience, including at least 3 years in a government contracting environment.
      - Demonstrated experience in project management, financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
      - Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, and charts.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - PMP or MBA certification preferred.
      - Experience in public health project management.
      - Ability to effectively communicate financial information to project leaders.
      - Collaborative approach to working on proposals and managing relationships with corporate support functions.
      - Experience in managing relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

      Other Required Qualifications:

      - Strong communication and organizational skills.
      - Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
