About the Company

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cell culture tasks, including iPSC and embryonic stem cell (ESC) culture and colony picking
• Conduct molecular biology experiments such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, and DNA/RNA isolation
• Support iPSC reprogramming, gene editing, and differentiation under lead scientist supervision
• Maintain accurate data records and assist in preparing project reports
• Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and perform routine lab management duties
• Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety and aseptic protocols

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology, or a related field required
• 0-3 years of biological lab experience with hands-on cell culture and aseptic techniques
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, electrophoresis, transfection)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for precise record-keeping
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office for data tracking
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for cross-functional collaboration
