- Attach and operate farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, and harvesters
- Perform tasks such as thinning, hoeing, weeding, and pruning row crops, fruit trees, or vines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. degree in agriculture preferred, or high school diploma with at least ten years of experience
- Knowledge and experience in agriculture and farm maintenance
- Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience in agriculture or related field
- Familiarity with small plot research and row crop agriculture
