What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement a complex research intervention protocol while maintaining close communication with study investigators
- Schedule and conduct telephone or web-based visits with participants, ensuring effective delivery of the intervention
- Collaborate with participants and the research team to complete intervention visits in a timely manner
- Maintain clear communication with investigators regarding participant issues and study progress
- Complete all electronic documentation related to participant records and communications accurately and promptly

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral interventions
- Master's degree required
- Outstanding communication skills, with sensitivity to protected health information and good clinical practices for research
- Ability to function independently while identifying potential issues that require physician input
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and web-based communication

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or a strong desire to work with marginalized populations
- Spanish fluency is strongly preferred
