What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement a complex research intervention protocol independently while maintaining communication with study investigators
- Schedule and conduct telephone or web-based visits with participants, accommodating evening and weekend needs
- Collaborate with participants and the research team to ensure timely completion of intervention visits
- Maintain clear communication with investigators regarding participant issues and study progress
- Complete all electronic documentation accurately and in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral interventions
- Master’s degree required
- Outstanding communication skills with sensitivity to protected health information
- Ability to function independently while identifying issues that require physician input
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with marginalized populations
- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
