What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement a complex research intervention protocol with close communication with study investigators.
- Schedule and conduct telephone or web-based visits and communications essential to delivering the assigned intervention.
- Collaborate with participants and the research team to ensure timely completion of all intervention visits.
- Maintain clear communication with investigators regarding participant issues and study progress.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in research.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral interventions.
- Master’s degree required.
- Outstanding communication skills, particularly regarding protected health information and good clinical practice for research.
- Ability to function independently while identifying issues that require physician input.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and communication, as well as delivering a web-based intervention.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Desire to work with marginalized populations.
- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
