What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and various stakeholders on clinical trial budget reviews and negotiations
- Conduct Medicare coverage analysis and manage PeopleSoft awards and projects
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary departments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Organize and analyze large sets of data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage multiple projects and protocols effectively in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CITI Certification required or willing to obtain within 3 months
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office & Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in coordination with interdisciplinary teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science preferred
- Certification in one or more of the following: CCRC, CCRP, or CHRC
- Research administration or coordinator experience in a hospital or academic research setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology helpful
