      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and various stakeholders on the review and negotiation of clinical trial budgets
      - Conduct Medicare coverage analysis and manage PeopleSoft awards and projects
      - Work closely with interdisciplinary departments to ensure smooth operations of clinical trials
      - Organize and analyze large sets of data with strong attention to detail
      - Communicate effectively with research coordinators, administrators, and study sponsors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor of Science preferred
      - CITI Certification required or willingness to obtain within 3 months
      - Experience in research administration or as a research coordinator in a hospital or academic research setting
      - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and Excel
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in one or more of the following: CCRC, CCRP, or CHRC
      - Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the administration of clinical trials and CMS rules
      - Familiarity with medical terminology
