What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with financial activities related to the Research Institute, ensuring accuracy in operations
- Enter and track budgeted research activities and patient visits using Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS)
- Send invoices and process payments related to research services, maintaining accountability in both systems
- Communicate with vendors, sponsors, physicians, and patients regarding financial matters and collect timely payments
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for all financial transactions related to research activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in healthcare, finance, or data-related fields
- Associate of Arts degree or higher level degree considered in lieu of experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective customer service skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and commonly used applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with clinical trial management software and clinical research (industry/pharmaceutical and/or federal grants)
- Knowledge of billing compliance, research contract management, billing, coding, or revenue recognition/integrity
- General knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding
- Experience with customer interactions requiring payment collection, invoicing, or payouts
- Certification as a Clinical Research Professional (CCRP)
