      Schedule: 40 hours per week, Remote

      POSITION SUMMARY:

      This role involves designing data structures for clinical trials, ensuring the digestibility of complex data outputs, and maintaining rigorous project records and timelines. The Analyst oversees the ClinCard system, and provides training and support for key clinical systems. They are responsible for creating smart forms for data collection, leading data integrity projects, and developing financial reporting for clinical trials. The Analyst also plays a crucial role in reporting and analysis, communicating insights to stakeholders, and identifying process improvements in clinical trial management.

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Design Model Structure through Flow Charts and Analysis Plans. Transform Raw Output into Digestible Format. Maintain Project Records and Manage Timelines.
      • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the ClinCard participant reimbursement system, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of reimbursements.
      • Provide/Develop comprehensive training and ongoing support for Velos, ClinCard, and Epic systems to staff and researchers, ensuring competent usage and troubleshooting.
      • Design and build complex smart forms for clinical trial data collection, focusing on user-friendliness and data accuracy.

      • Lead data integrity projects for the Clinical Trial Office, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
      • Assist in developing and reporting on forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring alignment with financial goals. Develop, analyze, and communicate detailed reports on clinical trial activities, financial status, and performance metrics.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clinical trial data, financial management systems, and software applications. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to clinical trial financial management, including contracts, budgets, and expense reports.

      JOB REQUIREMENTS

      EDUCATION:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

      EXPERIENCE:

      • Financial Data Analysis: Must have experience in financial data analysis, including budgeting and financial reporting in clinical trials or healthcare settings.
      • Healthcare Data Experience: Preferred candidates will have experience with health-related data from medical records, surveys, or healthcare databases.
      • Interest in Health Equity: A strong interest in health care disparities and their impact on clinical trial management and patient access is essential.

      KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

      • Proficiency with MS Suite: (Excel /Minitab /Visio /Access/Word /Outlook/PowerPoint) also required.
      • Financial Data Analysis: Must have experience in financial data analysis, including budgeting and financial reporting in clinical trials or healthcare settings.
      • Healthcare Data Experience: Preferred candidates will have experience with health-related data from medical records, surveys, or healthcare databases.
      • Interest in Health Equity: A strong interest in health care disparities and their impact on clinical trial management and patient access is essential.
