      Reporting to the Research Manager, Nephrology Research, the Research Data Management Coordinator assists in the central coordination of a multi-centred research study. The candidate will provide summary reports; prepare agendas/minutes and scheduling of study meetings; monitor case report forms for completeness; data entry; and liaise with participating institutions to ensure questions are answered.


      About You

      We would love to hear from you if you have the following:


      • Post secondary completion of related education, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be accepted (e.g. medical informatics, allied health professionals with relevant experience, science degree).
      • CCRP (Certified Clinical Research Professional) or CCRA (Certified Clinical Research Associate) an asset
      • Ability to extract and interpret data required
      • Proficiency in use of MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint), email and internet
      • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
      • Effective research and analytical thinking skills
      • Accuracy and attention to detail
      • Proven effective interpersonal and communication skills
      • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
      • Ability to work well independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team environment
      • Bilingual (French), an asset

      Hours of Work

      Long Assignment, Full Time (75 hours biweekly)

      Beginning December 4, 2023 and ending December 4, 2024

      Dates are approximate and subject to change

      Compensation and Benefits

      $26.0054 - $30.8814 hourly

      $50,710.61 - $60,218.65 annually
