      • As a Network Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and assessing a diverse group of industry leaders in the Resident Network, with a focus in promoting research through collaboration, and identifying impactful outcomes of these teams for Autodesk Research. The Resident Network is a select group of industry, academic, and entrepreneurial teams forging paths to improve the future of their industries within the Autodesk Technology Centers. You will play a key role in maintaining relationships with residents, facilitating knowledge sharing, and supporting the growth and influence of our Resident Network in a hybrid work environment. You will report to the Manager of the Research Network.
      • You Will:
        • Manage the resident community at Autodesk Technology Centers in San Francisco
        • Manage operations dedicated to resident life-cycle
        • Design custom programming to promote engagement between Autodesk Research teams and residents
        • Facilitate workshops and document results
        • Conduct surveys and interviews to identify value propositions and storytelling opportunities
        • Identify appropriate team members to identify signals and validate relevant resident work
        • Connect relevant teams to facilitate collaboration and accelerate Research
        • Support Technology Center tours for resident candidates and Autodesk Customers
        You Have:
        • 3-5 years of experience in operations or program management, accelerator/incubator program management
        • Facilitation skills and ability to summarize results for key stakeholders
        • Community building and relationship management
        • Proficiency in managing programs and initiatives, including planning, execution, evaluation, and report out
        • Connect and engage diverse stakeholders and audiences
        • Customer interface experience from the C-suite to the shop floor

      Salary transparency

      Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $82,900 and $143,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
