      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Innovate by trying new ML/NLP/IR/GenAI engineering approaches and contributing ideas to solve real-world challenges
      - Engineer and develop high-quality software frameworks throughout the research and model development lifecycle
      - Collaborate with a global team of engineers and scientists, including academic partners at leading universities
      - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the design and delivery of innovative solutions
      - Engage in research activities that support the development of data-driven AI solutions for various professional sectors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline focused on AI or Machine Learning
      - Eligibility for participation in a 16-month co-op program
      - Excellent programming and debugging skills in Python and/or Rust
      - Strong problem analysis, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
      - Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong engineering skills demonstrated through contributions to popular open-source libraries
      - Previous co-op/internship experience with Machine Learning/GenAI systems
      - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure
