35 hours per weekWe are looking for a Research Software Engineer in Computational Cardiology to join the Edinburgh Computational Cardiovascular Imaging research group, working in person at the University of Edinburgh BioQuarter site.
The Opportunity:
The post holder will be responsible for the design, implementation and testing of Python code to integrate the OpenEP platform with the UK national supercomputing service (ARCHER2). The post holder will provide expert support to the wider research group for software implementation for evaluating computational algorithms for the analysis of electrophysiology data at scale.
