GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under minimal supervision, develops and conducts moderately complex research experiments under the general direction of the Principal Investigator (PI). Interprets data, identifies potential problems, and finds solutions. Reads research literature in the field. Conducts experiments and collects and analyzes data using various degrees of statistical methodology. May train other lab members in experimental techniques. Ensures compliance with animal care and occupational safety regulations.
