What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership and oversight for multiple teams, ensuring alignment and consistency across projects
- Manage and support team leads, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Coordinate cross-team projects to improve processes, workflows, and deliverables
- Liaise with internal HR supports on staffing, onboarding, and compliance
- Develop and review operational policies and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a college or university degree in a related field
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience in a related job discipline
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and project management platforms
- Proven leadership and management experience, particularly in research operations or program administration
- Familiarity with HR processes and organizational systems that support operations
- Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills
