      Brand and Communications Research Manager

      Marketing and Corporate Affairs (MCA) works with all parts of the Group as a trusted partner to enhance and protect CBA’s brand and reputation, increase the bank’s competitive advantage and deliver customer and business value.

      The purpose of the Group Research and Insights team is to provide evidence of a customer’s perspective to support effective and customer driven business decisions, drive excellence in customer offerings and experiences, and to help CBA to achieve its vision.

      This role is critical in providing program management, analysis and insights to support business decisions about brand, reputation and communications.

      Your responsibilities would include:

      • Regular reporting accountabilities across reputation, brand health, and communications, specifically among the business banking market

      • Ad hoc analysis in response to a broad range of stakeholder insights needs

      • Program management of our business brand health tracker

      • Regular ad hoc research and insights sharing for bespoke research projects among our business segments

      • Supplier management and governance accountability

      Your skills and experience:

      • A strong market research professional, with both supplier and client-side experience

      • Proven research project management skills, across tracking and bespoke, with a range of qualitative and quantitative approaches

      • Stakeholder management, with ability to help identify data and insights needs and structure analysis to meet these needs

      • Ability to synthesise analysis across various sources to produce meaningful insights and guide decision making

      • Strong communications skills and ability to present effectively to stakeholders

      • Strong work ethic, a curiosity to learn and an eagerness to pursue personal development

      • Experience in SPSS
