      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership, supervision, and support for the Teaching & Learning Specialists
      - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team, ensuring regular updates
      - Collaborate with various teams to align curriculum and training methods with learner needs
      - Manage laboratory facilities, including equipment maintenance and purchasing
      - Contribute to cross-team projects, including event logistics and process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
      - At least 7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
      - Experience leading jurisdiction-based training systems and supervising trainers
      - Strong project management and organizational skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in a related field
      - Experience in Python, including torch and scikit-learn libraries
      - Experience working with image data or unstructured text data using large language models
      - Prior supervisory or leadership experience in an educational or research setting
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and LMS platforms
