Summary of Job Duties:

The Clinical Research Program Manager will coordinate all clinical research and clinical trials activities within the department of Ophthalmology. The duties of the Clinical Research Program Manager contribute in the effort to further the mission of UAMS: To improve the health and health care of Arkansans.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills

• Working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Knowledge of research process and procedures.
• Must be able to build collaborative relationships.
• Attention to communication, oral, written and persuasive.

Minimum Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years clinical research experience required, minimum of 1 year project management experience.
