      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the creation, coordination, and execution of research program activities
      - Manage budgetary aspects of the program and ensure adherence to financial processes
      - Provide training and guidance for team members supporting the program
      - Foster collaboration among internal and external project teams
      - Communicate with research investigators, monitors, and regulatory bodies regarding project needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in program management or a related field
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
      - Strong knowledge of program management principles and budget management
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders
      - Experience in regulatory compliance and IRB processes
