The IBM Quantum Coherence team is seeking an experienced candidate for optimizing the performance of large quantum devices. The candidate is expected to have experience in optimizing processing conditions and/or devising/executing experiments to study performance degrading mechanisms for large quantum systems. Familiarity with superconducting qubit fabrication methods, Josephson junctions, qubit performance properties, and qubit measurements are required. Results are expected to be effectively communicated to the broader team and well-documented for future reference. Strong team working skills are a necessity, in order to bring together various domain experts for the components under study to function optimally in large quantum systems.NAIWD24
