What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and integrate research findings into practice within the division and service area
- Develop and lead nursing and interprofessional research studies
- Plan, organize, and evaluate resources for research studies led by registered nurses
- Teach and coach mentors and research teams in disseminating study results
- Collaborate with system-wide research councils and teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or related area
- Ph.D. in Nursing, Education, or related program
- Registered Nurse License in one of the specified states
- Professional certification in the field within 2 years of hire
- Five years of experience leading quality improvement projects
- Five years of experience in research studies
- Three years of teaching research processes to Registered Nurses

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a Principal Investigator or Co-Principal Investigator
- Familiarity with leading or facilitating evidence-based improvement projects
