You will provide support, problem resolution and customer service for individual site goals, financial performance, quality assurance, oversight and patient enrollment. Escalating high-level concerns and trends to Research Site Operations Manager
You will provide support and oversee day to day activities of research site operations department and site research colleagues to include but not limited to document management, ensuring sites are closeout ready, facilitating process for subject injuries and subject transfers
You will assist with continuing education and training to research staff
You will support strategic and tactical plans for site growth
You will assist with the process of onboarding and training of new research colleagues
You will assess available research resources and facilitate those resources within each site
You will problem solve clinical situations along with research program members as they arise
You will assess and ensure compliance with Quality and Regulatory department members
You will assist in development and tracking of quarterly goals for each site
You will work closely with site, sponsor/CRO monitors to resolve site concerns, escalating quality and high level concerns to Research Site Operations Manager
Knowledge of Clinical Research Process
Oncology Research operational and clinical proficiency
Problem solving skills
Project management skills
An Associate Degree; Bachelor Degree is preferred
Research Professional Certification, CCRP, or exam eligible. LPN or RN is preferred
