What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead outreach and engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships with learners, trainers, and external organizations
- Collaborate with the Teaching & Certification team to integrate community perspectives into curriculum and training development
- Plan and execute organizational events, conferences, and campaigns
- Manage outward-facing platforms, such as the organizational website and social media accounts
- Guide data collection, evaluation, and analysis while presenting research findings at meetings and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Ability to connect community engagement to curriculum and training strategies
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience with outreach, partnership development, curriculum development, and/or event coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms
- Experience leading projects
- Creative and strategic thinker who can align engagement with organizational and learner goals
