What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-team projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking tools
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates and reports to leadership
- Collaborate closely with all teams to align efforts, resources, and communications
- Guide data collection, evaluation, and analysis, including writing reports and presenting research findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and tracking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and project management tools (e.g., Planner, Asana, Trello)
- Experience coordinating programs, trainings, or projects strongly preferred
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
