      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to incoming calls, emails, and live chats, providing satisfactory solutions to customer queries
      - Assist customers in locating content and recommending appropriate search strategies
      - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, escalating issues and sharing feedback
      - Participate in product training and stay updated on new product enhancements and legal trends
      - Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the customer relationship management system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A recognized Common Law or Civil Law degree from a Canadian university or equivalent Canadian accreditation is preferred
      - 1 to 2 years of legal and/or accounting experience
      - Proficiency in English and French (speaking, reading, and writing)
      - Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Canadian tax law and/or Canadian accounting
      - Exceptional research and writing skills
      - High adaptability to new technologies and genuine interest in AI adoption
