What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process child support payments in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Research, document, and resolve problem transactions
- Coordinate with various entities to distribute child support funds
- Answer inbound and outbound calls utilizing customer service techniques
- Maintain accurate records and key data efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in SDU payment processing or research
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
