- Assist with production tasks as needed.
- Assist with project team documentation/template creations.
- Provide individual instruction and/or training to users.
- Maintain daily scans; coordinate with IT scan changes and updates/
- Assist with IT testing and deployment.
- Guide end-users through corrective steps and towards appropriate department if further assistance is required.
- Assist with Blue Matrix responsibilities as it relates to onboarding, entitlements, research, and compliance needs.
- Perform data entry and maintenance of records such as, but not limited to, project documents, user instructions, general reports and/or systems errors.
- Gantt chart development and maintenance.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Solid knowledge of principles for providing strong customer and person service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi-task to address multiple and often conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess exceptional organizational time management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate proactive approach to problem resolution, strong troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to relay information well in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify complex problems; review related information and develop options and implement solutions.
- Good interpersonal interaction and able to work well with others.
- Minimum required: Bachelors degree
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advance knowledge of Excel functions, Macro Basics, Pivot Table Creation and visual representations of data and data cleaning and manipulation
- Knowledge of Gantt charts
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites
- Knowledge of audio video editing
Entry-level position responsible for assisting with technical and administrative support for KBW research. Performs basic troubleshooting and assists in maintaining the global research scan database. Maintains support documents related to Alpha and Beta testing, issue resolutions and Project SOWs. The ideal candidate would be a collaborative team member and willing to put extra time in to ensure projects are completed in a timely matter.

QUALIFIFICATIONS
Minimum salary: $55,000
Maximum salary: $65,000
Eligible for overtime and discretionary bonus
