What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement research and project protocols as directed by the Principal Investigator (PI)
- Recruit and maintain communication with research participants
- Collect, organize, and analyze research data as necessary
- Create, update, and maintain research databases to ensure data accuracy and security
- Initiate and maintain human subject approvals under the direction of the PI
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in research laboratory testing and analysis
- Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with incarcerated individuals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of human subjects’ behavioral research, particularly with vulnerable populations
- Previous experience working with individuals living with mental illness
- Proficiency with online survey software (e.g., REDCap, Qualtrics)
