Job Description

- Ensuring full adherence to all safety protocols according to site and company standards.
- Polymer characterization by Thermal (DSC, TGA), Mechanical (UTM) and Surface (BET surface area, Contact angle, surface tension etc.) techniques.
- Timely delivery of data and communicate to stakeholders with conclusion and recommendation
- Taking ownership of the instruments by keeping it in good health and routine maintenance
- Ensuring full adherence to all safety protocols according to site and company standards.
- Polymer characterization by Thermal (DSC, TGA), Mechanical (UTM) and Surface (BET surface area, Contact angle, surface tension etc.) techniques.
- The incumbent will have the opportunity to develop their skill set in a global company and project work, working with a dedicated professional team of personnel.
- There is much opportunity to work on simplification and improvement of site systems and data management.
- In the longer term, you will be well-placed to take on a more senior staff or Management position.
- Masters in Physical Chemistry, Material Science, Physics.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of industrial experience in Polymers or Material science field
- Deep understanding of safe work environment protocols
- Hands on experience with instruments like DSC, TGA, UTM, Contact angle, surface tension etc.
- Knowledge of Polymer science
- Polymer structural property correlation understanding
- Digital mindset to improve analytical efficiency
- Report writing and presentation
- Fluency in English for both written and verbal skill
